Posted by Dan Walker on the WhatsApp discussion group, Rovers members debated whether this may affect club level play at all, with Ashleigh doubting this will come into action as its enforcement would be somewhat difficult.

Whether this will have any impact remains to be seen but for now we continue to ponder whether elite level rule changes will trickle down to local level competitions......
